A top officer for National Public Radio has confirmed that many Americans still question whether Barack Obama is eligible to be president, but that the tax-supported organization just isn't reporting on it.
It was Betsy Liley, NPR's senior director of institutional giving, who was meeting with another NPR executive, senior Vice President Ron Schiller, when an undercover recorder was running.

In the recording, the two executives discuss how a donor wanted to contribute to coverage of climate change, but only if just one side of the story – the side promoting man-made climate change as fact – is reported.
Liley calls it "complicated."

Cashill: Yes, but when strategist David Axelrod first combed through the official Obama records—the grades, the SAT and LSAT scores, the college theses, the passport, his parents’ marriage license, the college applications, the birth certificate—he likely saw more red flags than in his parents’ May Day parades and so decided to bury them all. I think there is something on the birth certificate that will throw the much told nativity story of Barack Obama into doubt, quite possibly the date of birth or even the place. Unreported so far by the media, little Barry spent the first year of his life in Washington State.
I am not aware that Barry Goldwater was ever suspected as a liar of his history and was forthcoming about the details of his life.I wasn't suggesting that Goldwater was lying. I was suggesting that when he ran no one seemed to think that having been born in a Territory would disqualify him from being President.
If it wasn't a problem for Goldwater, then it shouldn't be a problem for Obama.
I also don't see any reason why Obama's mother and family would lie about his age (he was too young to have been involved). I can understand why they might lie about his birthplace, but I don't see any reason why they would lie about his age.
I suspect Obama is hiding something about his youth, but I'm not at all certain what it is. Hiding his age seems less likely than any other theory I've heard.

Because of the mother's age. Not saying it's likely Obama was born before 1961, just that there is a reason to lie about it.

All of obama’s life records are under wraps, not just his birth cert. The libs are going nuts trying to discredit the birthers, but won’t defend all the other records being hidden.
This sets a very dangerous precident for our country. If the dims get away with this guy being president with all his life history hidden, what kind of monster will the next dim candidate be?
The dims have steadily degererating in their presidential candidates since Kennedy. Each one is progressively worse than the last. I didn’t think the dims could get any lower than Clinton, but here we are with an outright marxist muslim sypathiser in the White House.
Correction: Pelosi removed the section “is constitutionally qualified” before she filed obama’s election run with 49 of the 50 states. Hawaii was the only state where they were forced to include “constitutinally qualified”. Hawaiian democratic party members did not want to accept his “filing” but were pressured to accept it.I believe that they knew that his “birth records” were fake.
People with different name variations and social security numbers usually do have something to hide.
And FMD has publicly acknowledged that he knocked up 3 women, all of whom were white...
It is highly unlikely that anyone “including Axelrod” has seen obama’s records. It would not be in obama’s best interest for anyone to know how phoney his background is.
