The Supreme Court would be crazy to get involved in this kind of case. The justices know that if the GOP wanted to pursue these issues, the House of Representatives would subpoena the Hawaiian birth records. The justices know that if the Republicans don't want to pursue these issues and the Democrats don't want to pursue these issues, they might be impeached by both parties if they try to pursue these issues.

I have doubts about Obama's qualifications and I think the issues should be pursued, but it has become absolutely clear to me that the GOP feels that this matter is a dry well.

It's not the court's job to run this country, thankfully.

I think you are right about the Supreme Court and also the DOJ pursuing a criminal complaint. The Court took a lot of abuse after the 2000 elections. The Pubs on the Senate Judiciary can be blamed a lot for us getting Obama.

The Pubs signed HR 511 which said McCain was eligible, but it also said others not considered eligible in the past actually were (added by Obama and McCaskill). That is a lie, but Pubs signed off on it and it set an illegal precedent. They don’t want voters to know they were so eager to run McCain that they violated the Constitution and let the Dems do the same. The Pubs, McCain and HIllary were snookered as a result. Howard Dean and Pelosi forced Hillary’s delegates to switch to Obama. The Mar. 12, 2008 secret meeting of Congress revealed the rest of the plan. Maybe some foreign country he has screwed will take care of Obama. Republicans are cowards. They need to get mean.
