IMHO...

This is all increasingly evident.

islam and it’s relationship to garden-variety communism is shaping up to be the present day analog to nazism and it’s relationship with communism. The nazi party was mostly based on belief in top-down hierarchical political control as well as state control of most aspects of society. The opposition of hitler and nazis to communism was based on viewing them as rivals to power, not because they disagreed in their preference of state control over individual liberty. Anti-Semitism is present all over the world and happened to have been something the warped minds of hitler and stalin latched onto in an extreme way, to horrific effect.

The cult of islam has existed for centuries and has a religious bent, whereas the German-based nazi party existed only for decades and paid lipservice to religion; these two points certainly differentiate islam and nazism. But when one considers the aim of state control and top-down political hierarchy, islam and nazism are cut from the same cloth. One can also see the effects of the nazi activities in the middle east which still haunt the Western world today, ironically, even Germany.

islam and communism are obviously in a marriage of convenience at present and will eventually either see each other as rivals or combine into some meaningless and horrific combination of the two.

The soviet union had a fake “downfall” to rebrand the nation from a political viewpoint, temporarily allow it’s military financial commitments to lapse and allow formation of businesses to grow their economy somewhat back to health, but we can see now that the quick political change may require a lot of time before it allows a change in the mindset of society. The middle east obviously needs a complete cultural change of heart before the rest of the world will be safe. Without a mindset of truth, morality, the rule of law and love of one’s fellow man, a society is doomed to suffering. Until the populations of the middle east can come to terms with, then mend, the error of their ways, those nations will remain an extremely harsh place to live in. The first step is correctly identifying, then acknowledging, the problem.

The first thing Iraqi Communists did when they were liberated from Saddam’s jails and torture centers was to demand that the U.S. forces leave Iraq immediately.

Who says that communists aren’t crazy?
