On the guns-to-Mexico debacle, this was done by barry and holder to give them leverage in their anti gun scheme. All along they were making this sound like an out of control right wing agenda of the gun-crazed.

So true, and in September 2010 he renewed the national emergency powers given to Bush in 2001. He has all the power he needs to provoke a crisis and set himself up as dictator for the duration. He must be removed before we lose everything.
