I wonder how many criminals could defeat GPS and hide magazines?

So all gun owners are supposed to meekly trot down to the local sheriff’s office and either turn in their magazines or have some $500 GPS chip embedded in their firearms. Now THAT’S funny.

Last Thursday, 03/03/11, we reported that there is a bill under consideration in the Connecticut legislature that would require confiscation of all magazines with a capacity of over ten rounds that remain in the state 90 days after the bill becomes law, if it does.

Wouldn't it be easier and cleaner just to strike the 2nd amendment from the Constitution?

1st amendment

3rd Amendment

4th amendment

They ought to put GPS locators on Massachusetts politicians, just to determine what percentage are drinking heavily at Foley’s, soliciting bribes, in hotel rooms with escorts, or buying liquor by the case in New Hampshire.

Why would anyone be surprised by this idiotic action taken by the MA legislature? After all, the voters of MA continued to reelect Ted Kennedy until he died. They seem destined to to the same with Barney Frank and John Kerry. Somehow, Scott Brown won, but he is a RHINO of the nth degree. The GPS devices in firearms will only be successful with law abiding citizens. Serial numbers deter nothing, firearm registration deters nothing. No matter the law, the criminals will find a way to defeat it.

The most effective method to deter crime is for a free people to own and possess firearms without any harassment from their government. There aren’t enough police to protect us all simultaneous. When the federal government goes bankrupt, then riots will break out here just as they are currently doing in the Middle East. Then it will become every man for himself. GPS devices will only tell the government where to go to confiscate the weapons from us. That is their objective.

This idea is so ludicrous and opposed to our Constitution that it is inane to have to speak against it.

I just love a good laugh for the day.

I suspect that is what happened with those huns that were shipped down south already, much good that did.

Please don’t give Calif. any more goofy gun law ideas. We have enough of our own.

I suggest injecting GPS locators in the asses of all Massachusetts legislators first.
