I realized years ago that the Union of Concerned Scientists was in reality the “union” of Marxist-Leftists scientists, who are more concerned about public policies that fit their ideological bias than the scientific facts.

They have for years well represented their ideology, not science.

Any scientist who deserves respect for his scientific and intellectual integrity, over ANY political position they may have, would NEVER attend something sponsored by the Marxist “union” of scientists.
