If you do manage to clean up the Mexican border, the drugs will come in somewhere else. Simple as that. It is in some humans nature to consume mind altering substances. We had no bogus rules into the early 1900’s when the federal government first started taking away freedoms.
How hard is it to build a border fence? That will stop a lot of the problems.
