There is a bill in the Connecticut legislature that would not only ban ownership and possession of firearm magazines with a capacity of over ten rounds, but it also requires confiscation of them within 90 days of the bill becoming law. There will be no grandfathering of ownership of these magazines. Possession of them after the 90 day period is a class D Felony, with prison time of one to five years, and a $5,000.00 fine. In addition, the newly minted Felon loses the right of firearms and ammunition ownership for life. We know how well the turn in ratio of "assault rifles" turn in worked when they were banned in New Jersey.
Here's the complete Bill...

What about tube magazines?
Ah, yes, the dreaded Mossberg Palomino .22LR Assault Rifle.
Carry a few belts.
Next will magazines of all capacities, revolvers, and shotguns that aren’t break open breach loaders. Those will be next with single shot weapons and BB guns.
Wow. The antigunners are coming out of the woodwork all of a sudden.
They had better not try to confiscate my “Hola” magazine.
“What about tube magazines?”
Spray Foam Gap Filler
...because everyone knows the first 10 shots are harmless.
It’s those nasty ones after that that create the carnage and mayhem.
“does not include: (1) A feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it cannot accommodate more than ten rounds, (2) a .22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device, or (3) a tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action firearm.”
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
2 handguns with 400 ten round mags. Another problem solved by over reaching government.
Pure silliness.
Obviously, you’re a bitter clinger (like myself, I’m told) that just doesn’t get it! It’s for the Chillren!
Or the ruger .22LR Assault Rifle.
I guess I’ll have to bury them in the back yard and pull them out after the revolution starts.
I live in Ct ..sigh ..not for long
ex post facto law? I’m sure the US atty general will get right on it.
“ex post facto law? Im sure the US atty general will get right on it.”
Only if it affects “his people”.
What stands between the connecticut “gov”/KGBesque unions and the “jewish money” there are these guns... so, naturaly...
On the bright side... just another reason to switch from a wonder nine to a 1911.
What magazine?? Oh!.. that was lost in a flood. Ya.. goodbye.
I’m not in CONnecticut, but let me just say “Come and get them!”
