Just as the World is Rejecting Despots Chicago Elects One

Muhammad Hosni Sayyid Mubarak, Muammar Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi and King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz are Despots. Mubarak and Gaddafi are in the process of being disposed. King Abdullah has promised first $10.7 then $22 and now $37 billion dollars in benefits to the Saudi people attempting to ward off the uprisings that his fellow Strongmen or dictators Mubarak faced in Egypt and Gaddafi faces in Libya.

John Kass of the Chicago Tribune.com describes the Mayor-elect Rahm Emanuel as a Strongman in this article, “The city wanted a strongman — and it got one” But quite frankly reading the article one could hardly tell if Kass was praising Emanuel and the City of Chicago or condemning them both.

(see story)

What Tuesday's victory prevents is outside examination of the City Hall books. That lack of scrutiny is what Mayor Richard Daley wanted, after two decades of spending Chicago into near-bankruptcy with all that cronyism and favoritism. —John Kass

Kass seemed to be condemning Chicago for being the cesspool of political corruption that it is known to be and equally reproachful of Rahm Emanuel for being just the strongman who can fill Mayor Richard Daley’s corrupt shoes.

Emanuel's victory completes an interesting switcheroo, with Rich Daley announcing his retirement, Rahm stepping down as White House chief of staff, and mayoral brother Billy Daley stepping into Rahm's old job.—John Kass

Nevertheless, Chicago’s election of Emanuel is proof of two things. À la Bill Maher, Americans are stupid and second the election of Emanuel was a foregone conclusion. As the Venezuela dictator, Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías was “elected”4 times in Venezuela’s sham elections so too Chicago’s elections are corrupt as any of the other fake Democracies around the world.

What is true is since the 2008 presidential elections American elections are as corrupt as any sham government in the world. That is how a Rahm Emanuel is Mayor-elect of the city of Chicago and that his how a constitutional ineligible Chicagoan is president of the United States of America.

[Once, when a pollster made him angry, Emanuel sent him a dead fish.] All of Washington knows the tale of the dead fish: how he delivered one, Corleone style, to a polltaker he didn't like—Howard Fineman

Chicago has just elected its own dictator. When the rest of the world is revolting against their Strongmen, Chicago has gotten the Despot it wanted. Dead fish and all.

Either way the state of IL is screwed. Emanuel will walk all over Quinn like a cheap rug. And Quinn will answer with “Thank you sir, may I have another”

SO HOW IN HECK DID HE GET ELECTED? CAN YOU SAY VOTER FRAUD?

===========================================

THIS MADE ME LAUGH OUT LOUD Chicago Mayoral Candidate Rahm announced he "raised" more than $10.5M in just 3 months.... NOTE It only takes a nanosecond to wire-transfer money from offshore accounts (/snix).

=================================================

To show Chicagoans how PERFECT he is, Rahm unveiled a lengthy, star-studded (gag) "Hollywood donor roll." One of Emanuel's brothers is the Plus-Perfect Hollywood super-agent and uber-liberal activist, Ari Emanuel. Ari is "kindly" called aggressive and temperamental -- the inspiration for Jeremy Piven's wildly popular "Entourage" character, Ari Gold. Ari took over Creative Artists Agency to achieve H'wood agency supremacy----- CAA is an unbelievable brand he got for nothing, and he crushed the internal competition in days....he's THAT perfect.

======================================

ANALYSIS Rahm's $10.5M campaign war chest needs rigorous scrutiny. The State BoE and the FEC should scrutinize Rahm's filings. Better yet, the FBI should interrogate all of the names listed as donors. They will find very few of these people actually donated. The names are covers for Rahm transferring millions of his ill-gotten gains, looted while he was (gag) in the US govt.

How do I know?

(1) As WH COS, Rahm was involved in the biggest govt con of the decade. (2) As a Clinton appointee, Rahm looted Fannie Mae----the centerpiece of the criminal organization called the Dem party. Obama defied the law and covered up the looting by refusing to release F/M financial documents to the media under FOIA. (3) As a (gag) Congressman, conniving Rahm ran a "Foundation" from his Chicago home---- that allowed him to live tax-free.

This guy Rahm knows how to make money disappear faster than a cream puff at a Weigh Watcher weigh-in. His activities on Wall Street also need scrutiny. Supposedly, in just two years, he made off with $16M from 2-3 deals.

====================================

HOW DID GANGSTER GOVERNMENT SCAM $180 BILLION? PROBABLY LIKE THIS (the Madoff Wall Street MO): The trustee ID'ing Madoff's assets, found Madoff created a labyrinth of interrelated international funds, institutions and financial entities of unparalleled complexity and breadth......with assets and businesses in multiple places offshore that hid government fraud, thievery, money laundereing, tax evasion........ all out of sight of taxpayers, the IRS, SEC, FEC and US banking laws.

BTW, stolen money is taxable.

At least half a dozen people in the Ohaha admin are going to walk away from “Public Service“ living like the Sultan of Brunei......and we can name them all without even breaking a sweat.

==================================

AS THEY SAY IN CHICAGO POLITICS----TIMING IS EVERYTHING A key supporter of another Chi mayoral candidate raised eyebrows and caused Emanuel to rise up in horror and call the utterance "blatantly ugly."

Seems Chicago Union man, Jim Sweeney, head of Operating Engineers Local 150, called Emanuel a “Wall Street Judas.” Emanuel responded, “I have absolute confidence that the people of the city of Chicago will see this comment for what it is and reject the values behind it. And the ugliness behind it.”

YOU DON'T SAY A union man dissed Dem Rahm? Hard to believe a Chicago union would undermine their boy Rahm, isn't it?

PAYS TO BE A VICTIM: Did Rahm stage this event to relive his 2002 victory? Walkback Rahm's Congressional career: After becoming a multimillionaire overnight working in investment banking in 2002, Emanuel pursued the US House seat held by Rod Blagojevich, who "chose" to run for Governor of Illinois.

The most controversial moment of Rahm's Chicago primary came when a PAC endorsing his opponent, called Emanuel a "millionaire carpetbagger who knows nothing" about "our heritage" and charged that Emanuel had dual citizenship.

Rahm acted posthaste. The remarks were quickly denounced as "anti-Semitic" by many...........including his (gasp) opponent. Candidate Emanuel quickly brought together a coalition of Chicago clergy (who were waiting in the wings) to denounce the incident. Rahm later recalled, "One of the proudest moments of my life was seeing people of my district from all backgrounds demonstrate our common values by coming together in response to this obvious attempt to divide them."

SURPRISE----Emanuel won the primary and easily defeated the Republican candidate in the general election.

In 2006, Chicago Tribune columnist John Kass reported he had a newsroom confrontation with Emanuel over Kass’s continued speculation that Emanuel won election because convicted former Chicago water department boss Don Tomczak sent in his employees to work for Emanuel. He also speculated that Mayor Richard Daley’s “underlings” who were sentenced to federal prison for organizing “patronage armies” also helped Emanuel.

CONCLUSION Do not underestimate Rahm and his ability to buy anyone or anything he wants.........especially when he wants public office.

Chicago got what it deserved.

America got what it deserved.

Enough voters wanted it, they got it.

Try to do better next time.

Chicago works because it has a strong mayoralty which has been occupied by strong men for many, many years. Just look at how Chicago did integration, for example. Who did it better?

It remains to be seen if The Ballerina is up to the job - but if he is a despot, he won't be the first, not by any means.

If the people of Illinois thought the Daley regime was bad, just wait. Soon people will be saying "Daley wasn't that bad"!!!

Sadly, for us residents of Illinois, Chicago does affect the entire state, in fact the state capital should be Chicago, as it runs the state!

John Kass of the Chi Trib was the only reporter on the metro area who had the gonads to stand up to Daley. And he'll be only one one to stand up to Rahm 'Dual-Israeli/US-Citizen' Emanuel.

And a Dead Fish from Rahm won't scare Kass off. He's been threatened by actual tough guys, like the Chicago Outfit. So the Dancing Fairy can do or say anything he wants. Kass will rip him a new one at every chance. And unlike Ballerina Boy, Kass actually grew up on the streets of Chicago, and got his hands dirty in doing so.

On the politics side, there's only one person that can hold Rahm in check and that's 'fellow' Democrat, Mike Madigan, the Speaker of the IL House -- who has his own little machine behind him. And if Rham's *goals* clash with Madigan's, put your money on Madigan. It so happens that his daughter Lisa is also the Illinois Attorney General and could make life miserable for Rahm if daddy asked her to do so.

As for us regular people in the other 101 counties in Illinois besides Cook, we're basically screwed if Rahm and Madigan get together. We can expect draconian 'crime bills' as in 'gun control(1)' to be introduced weekly by their sock-puppets.

And that Governor Quinn of 'ours'(2) is basically brain dead. He only knows two words: 'Tax' and 'Spend'. Wait.... make that four words. The other two are 'Yes' & 'Sir' when talking to Mike Madigan or Daley, and next to Rahm.

(1) It's kind of funny that's it's never 'Criminal Control' that the Chi-Cook county Pols worry about.

(2) The Governor of IL should be Republican Bill Brady. But a lot of DEAD people, FELONS and ILLEGALS seemed to have cast ballots at the very last minute.

Yesterday, I heard that Rahm wants to increase the city sales tax rate. If he said that a week ago, he would have lost.
