Those of us concerned with the issue of ineligibility, and we are not in a majority, have to accept that it is not a major issue to the Obama Administration, and that it will not be until they lose a court case. Until then, it is a distraction; a sleight-of-hand; a misdirection; the Las Vegas trick of hiding the elephant in plain sight. It is nothing more than a method of tieing up the strongest opposition while the agenda marches off in the direction chosen by Team Obama.

This is where we are now. Our research into the available facts on Obama/Soetoro's provenance has been rather complete. We have put together MORE THAN enough to show cause why this should be in court. We have a legitimate grievance. It has not even been addressed, much less redressed.

It is not in court. If it is not in a court after tomorrow's Supreme Court Conference then we have a problem requiring far sterner measures than debate on this forum.

There are two courts. The legal one, which has let us down and shows no sign of doing otherwise, and the court of public opinion. Every poll on the issue shows we’re making significant inroads in that one, and winning slowly but surely. If you want no part of the effort to publicize the issue and continue winning hearts and minds, that’s your choice. Others have chosen otherwise.
