Even if this guy were a paid troll, which I somehow doubt, and no matter what you know about birth certificates, "Natural Born Citizens," Kenya, FMD, strange-scars-on-obama's-head, Article II, Vattel, Puffendorf; et al.etc. the wise guy never fails to make several irrefutable points:
viz (I) Not one (1) Republican in elected office has made an issue of Obama's eligibility. Here you have Cantor proclaiming the SOBPOTUS a "Natural Born Citizen." There you have the partybeast Boehner saying, "...good enough for the governor of Hawaii ... good enough for me,,,,"
(II) Not one (1) court in the land from the high to the low has bothered to hear the case on its merits, except the Indiana Supreme Kangaroos, and they bombed it.
(III)Not one (1) of the Freepers' favorite potential candidates is on board with ineligibility, including St. Sarah of Wasilla.
(IV)Not one (1) big time Right Wing Radio Host has truly made an issue of ineligibility ... in fact ... I have been banned on several for even mentioning it!
We now have covered on this site every known concatenation of the ineligibility scenario. I must say that I have been mightily impressed with the story that has come out and is now known by some (maybe) 20% of the American population that can still read and write on the same day. It is pretty much the same story that we knew in 2006: i.e., the former (under mysterious circumstances) member of the Illinois Bar is not a "Natural Born Citizen," as the concept has been traditionally held. We don't know his actual legal name. Everything in his released official record is either at worst an outright lie, or at best some sort of mightily suspicious "legend" that cannot be proven or disproven. So what? He is the sitting POTUS, and under his rule, the country continues to spiral downhill. A substantial number of Americans has been left twisting in the wind on an issue central to constitutional order in a constitutional republic. That is hardly the fault of jamese777, et al, even if they occasionally appear to take some ghoulish delight in tweaking us on the failures of our efforts to date.
Why vent your spleen on this site, when the question is better put to elected Republicans and the GOP? Copy it from the Bible, "Who shall temper the wind to the shorn lamb?"
Tomorrow, the Supreme Court recalls to conference the petition made in Hollister v Soetoro et al. It is this simple. If the SCOTUS turns this down, or fails to at least remand it to another court for discovery, we are SOL (a legal term) again and we lurch closer to 2012 with a massive issue unresolved.
Pray to God that there 4 just men on that court and that we may begin the restoration of the republic..
In addition to posting some facts, the SP also posts lies, half lies, misinformation, and other propaganda. Anyone who’s ever dealt firsthand with his dishonesty knows the true character and agenda of this SP. Kenny Bunk, he even reposts falsehoods that have been repeatedly shown to be false. Is that really the purpose for which JR established FR?
One more thing, Kenny Bunk. Do you really need a SP to tell you the Republicans aren’t doing their job? I certainly don’t. I, and most conservatives, know it only too well. Conservatives see dereliction of duty as a call to arms, to strengthen the TEA party and (further) clean house in 2012.
The SP uses the same info as an argument that there is nothing amiss with Obama’s Eligibility. What good and/or conservative purpose does that serve? It’s just salt in the wound. It’s also the antithesis of the conservative POV. We don’t look at cowardice and use it as a proof-text. We see it as a problem to be solved, and we roll up our sleeves and get busy solving it.
