Please explain how this “shadow effect” would only randomly occur on the one single “Certification of Birth” that you believe was issued by the State of Hawaii, which just happened to be printed for Barack Hussein 0bama?
I'm just responding to Polarik's question of how a laser printer can produce a "shadow." It seems like a common occurrence.
