And yet Dr. Fukino’s statements have been good enough

Wrong. All court cases were dismissed from "lack of standing". None considered Fukino's statement as grounds for dismisal.

The State of HI still playing "Legal Weasel Words" games and trying to deceive the public. With the cooperation of the MSM.

Good evening my little Troll friend.

Judges submit rationales for their dismissal opinions and those opinions have spelled out very precisely why the judges don’t accept the birthers’ arguments. Additionally, not all Obama eligibility lawsuits have been dismissed for lack of standing. Several have been dismissed on “justiciability” grounds and others have been dismissed for “failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted.”

There are no issues of standing at the Supreme Court of the United States. The Justices can chose hear any appeal that four out of the nine feel raises serious constitutional issues. The Supreme Court has already rejected twelve Obama eligibility related appeals.

Finally, there are no issues of standing in the criminal courts and birthers have accused Obama of perjury, document fraud, forgery, and election fraud. Why has there not been one single criminal investigation? Dr. Fukino could be ordered to testify before a Grand Jury.
