That's not the question. The question is if you believe those "rights" trump the God-given, unalienable rights of the people.

That is exactly the question. Nowhere does the Constitution give the Federal Government the authority to regulate this matter, and it certainly doesn’t give a leftard majority on the Supreme Court the authority to hallucinate “penumbras” and wrest this power from “the states respectively, or...the people.”
If you want to amend the Constitution to prohibit abortion, I’m okay with that. But as it stands, the position you attribute to Palin (and I’m not taking your word for that) is the Constitutional position.
The Supreme Court unconstitutionally took the matter out of the hands of the people with a gibberish decision. They went that way because the people refused to legalize baby-killing.
Turn the matter back to the states and the people, and I am confident they will act morally.
Or go for a constitutional amendment. Either way, bad-mouthing people who actually read and understand the constitution is hardly productive.
