This reminds me a bit of the Whiskey Rebellion when Washington was President. Washington didn't egg on the rebels as Obama is doing with the insurrection in Wisconsin, but called out the troops to put it down.

Of course if Obama had been President then, he wouldn't have sympathized with the whiskey rebels, since they were up in arms against paying a tax.
