Community organizers and SEIU are paid soldiers. Protesting is their job. Actual people have real jobs and responsibilities. Us actual people don’t grab our tea-party signs and rush down to counter-protest against thugs who will be backed up by union police and other government paid workers with guns, riot gear and gas.
Ordinary people expect their elected representatives to do their job so that ordinary people can continue to provide for their families. So, no, they won’t be outgunned until they actually resort to guns and paramilitary force. But these people, except for the SEIU purple-shirts, aren’t really soldiers and probably don’t have guns.
The scary part of this is the President of the United States urging people to violence. Remember him saying, “Get into their faces and yell?” That’s assault. We all know where assault leads.
Listening to Rush on Friday, he very slowly and deliberately gave the union members in Madison a subtle warning with the following paraphrased comment: Think twice before engaging in mob action....................OUR mob is MUCH LARGER........
Very seldom have I heard Rush make so 'forceful' a statement. He's become more confrontational since his marriage and I like the 'NEW RUSH' :-)

You’re overlooking one [maybe two] important factor[s]: the police.
The police-forces of this nation have been increasing their training, their equipment, and their will to use against the general public.
The police WILL be used against any “riots” or “insurrections.”
The other possible factor is the military. The Constitution says that there shouldn’t be any appropriation of monies for an army exceeding two years, Congress however has made it a forgone conclusion [based on their funding of the army continuously since before I was born] and thereby defeated the intention of that limitation. {Indeed, prior to WWII America did *not* have a standing/regular Army; the troops you see in “old west” movies were drawn from the States and funded basically by-commission (for a specific task) by the Congress.} There are several dangers of an active/regular Army: 1) they bear little allegiance to the people-as-a-whole when compared to their controlling agency [the government] (this is what the Chinese did for the Tienanmen Square incident; they called in troops from a far district in china to quash the protesters — I’m not too sure but I think they had to do that because the more local troops refused to move in.) 2) it removes from the people the sense that they are actually responsible for the defense of their nation (”Oh the Army will take care of any invasion!” compared to the state of affairs in AZ or CA) and 3) having a regular army makes it tempting to use it by those in political power — indeed one could argue that *NOT* using it is a waste of money — contrasted to ALWAYS having to draw, equip/arm, and train people every time you needed to use the Army. {In fact, the trial of LTC Lakin raises some interesting questions regarding military orders: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-vetscor/2638933/posts }
Yeah but they are far better organized. For decades marxist talk and organization for revolution have been protected "speech" as ruled by federal courts. Further, it appears they can beat and maim citizens that disagree with them with impunity. American patriots that try to organize and ready themselves to fight back against the marxists are infiltrated and arrested by the federal government. So if the SHTF at least in the early stages you can expect the patriots to be slaughtered enmasse. Below are some selected items from 1963 Communist Goals.

These marxists accomplishments or milestones of destruction of our nation could not have been accomplished without the active participation of the federal courts.
