I give Bush a lot of credit. After all the things the Pretender said on the campaign trail, I’d refuse to shake his grubby paw.
Right. It's unbelievable how people were sucked in by him. When asked, his supporters could not tell me anything about him. Good G-d, to work in a hotel you have to have a background check and drug test. I don't think Obama could pass those requirements.
Shoot, here in Florida you have to show your birth certificate to renew your driver’s license. Shouldn’t leadership of the Free World have the same requirement ?
Just wanting an honest answer about what the HDOH was even CLAIMING in their statements was what got me started with my research. I fully expected that if they meant what they seemed to be saying they’d make that clear and I would go on my jolly way. It was when I saw the law-breaking that they were doing in order to not have to make clear what they were saying that I realized the issue was much, much larger and far-reaching than just where one man was born. It was then I realized we are in a fight for the very rule of law, and that is worth fighting for.
It does take a big person to come around publicly, and anybody who does so will be welcomed with open arms, the past forgotten except for what we can learn from it. Anybody who is honestly trying to sort things out will end up eating crow at least a few times so nobody has any rocks they can throw at anybody else anyway. =)
For the sake of how we can help others see the importance of this, is there something in particular that made you think again and see it a different way? What has helped you? Were there things that were said that actually got in the way of your understanding? Don’t answer if you don’t want to, or answer in Freepmail if you prefer. I’m just glad you’re on board now and hope we can convince the others, who also love this country and really want what’s right for her.
It was a combination of many things. I read all of the rsponses I got on my last column and then realized that I had no answers. It dawned on me that no one had the answers. Therein lies the problem.
Nobody but Obama and the people who have been covering for him have the answers, and they’re not telling.
It’s funny when I think of how I would answer the polls if I was asked whether I know Obama was born in Hawaii or someplace else. I’d say I’m about 99% sure that he was not born in Hawaii, based on what the HDOH has said. But then the HDOH could be lying for all I know, and based on the behaviors I’ve seen from them so far. So if I was asked, all I could really say is that I don’t know. After all the evidence I’ve sorted through, that’s all I can come up with.
Somebody asked me if the registrations of foreign birth are included in Hawaii’s standard birth index. Straightforward question. I gave her lots of information from HDOH responses, the retention schedule, the office forms, etc, but in the end all I could say is, “Who knows? The HDOH won’t tell us.” And that’s a basic question about the procedures in their office, which are supposed to all be written down and disclosed to anybody who asks, according to state law. They won’t even tell us THAT, for heaven’s sake!
The only way we’re going to know anything for sure is if/when there is a full legal investigation of the records, the times the records were created, accessed, and/or amended, and depositions taken of all the players to find out what they knew and when, and why they did what they did. Way too many discrepancies and laws broken.
I admire you for standing up & saying you were wrong.

Under the Constitution a requirement to become POTUS:

Mr Obama has stated in his book “Dreams of My Father” & several times at speaking engagements , that his “father” was a “Kenyan with British Citizenship”!

Under “Vattel’s Law of Nations” ( which our Founding Fathers used in defining “Natural-Born” Citizen). The” Country of the Fathers” is therefor that of the Children; and these become true citizens by their Tacit consent.
I say,that, in order to “be of the country”, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a “Citizen”; for, if he is born there of a “foreigner”, it will only be the place of his birth and “Not” his Country!!
Also, as a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was goverened by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act goverened the status of Obama Sr.’s Children.
British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5):
Subject to provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of the Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom at the time of the birth.
In other words, at the time of his birth, Barack Obama Jr. was a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (or the UKC) by virtue of being born to a .....”Legal”..... father who was a citizen of UKC.
Therefore, Barack Obama Jr. is ..........”Not”............ eligible to be POTUS.
It is time for Congress to stand-up for the Constitution!!

Narrow scope. i.e., whether or not Lawyer Hemenway is due a response on his motion for recusal of Sotomayor and Kagan. The motion is being re-cast as a simple request. The court is running this in secret session so far, with NO info coming out.
It is just possible that something else momentous is afoot. There has always been something very strange about the Obama Illinois Bar application.(aka "The Last Time A Lawyer Has to Tell The Truth)
In is application, Obama denied use of an "alias" (a word which just means "known by another name," and should include nicknames, Middle Initials, sometimes using Jr. Sometimes not. etc.). However in Obama's case it is obvious that he used "Soetoro" Barry Soetoro, and Barry Dunham. This denial of use of an alias is very serious bar business, indeed. In addition, he neglected to mention traffic citations, and drug use. Obama is no longer a member of the bar, and since he stepped down "voluntarily," the records are sealed. Those deliberate falsehoods however, speak volumes. The fact that Obama obviously thought he could "get away with it" is breathtaking in its arrogance.
s a result, Hemenway is apparently taking the tack that Barack Hussein Obama Jr. is not his legal name! Birth Certificates are amended upon adoption, and Hemenway feels that is the actual reason why the original BC is not forthcoming.
Unless Soetoro changed his name legally, back to Obama, of which there no record,
then the name on the amended BC would be Soetoro.
Hemenway is to be applauded for this simple, straightforward strategy of attempting to find out Obama's LEGAL name. We have become inured to the high court's intransigence on this matter, so it's prayer time ... and high time the SCOTUS took a more proactive stance.

The knawing question for me is why apart from Tim Adams, no one has leaked more. No congressional staffer, no former DOJ associate, no one who is a Clinton acolyte in the DNC, no classmates at any school, no one. Can it be that all these folks have been ‘warned’?

White House insider warns of dire consequences from eligibility issue

Evidence is growing that the White House is so sensitive about stories in the media concerning the issue of Presidential eligibility that reporters have been warned of dire consequences if they merely ask questions about the subject.
A White House insider has reported that the subject is so highly sensitive that reporters must ‘tread softly’ and ‘be very careful’ if they dare delve into Obama’s background.
There is also information that suggests mainstream media sources now have all of the facts about the issue but intend to go on the offensive in protecting Obama at all costs. In the insider’s own words,
Don’t blame you as it was me who brought up subject last time. Since then heard repeated rumors/confirmations of attempted “purge” coming down the pike. WH/media going on the offensive bigtime on issue. Has already started as you probably know. Talking very specific, very confrontational, very scary stuff here. Don’t wish to drag you into that. Much bigger fish are circling this. They can survive what could be coming. Not sure about me. Let the big players handle this now. This thing will either break out big or disappear.
However, the bombshell evidence of the willingness of the Obama team to engage in threats and intimidation over the eligibility issue is encapsulated in a 2009 special report documenting outright media manipulation by the White House. According to the report,
...extremely sensitive investigative documents, including a stunning written admission by a nationally known talk show host stating that he was threatened with his career – or worse – should he talk about the issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth records to a national audience. This document was obtained on December 10, 2008, and provides explicit detail of a “gag order” imposed on this host before and immediately following the national election last November.
That, however, is only the tip of the iceberg. The report also contains this stunning admission by an administrative assistant within a major news network in New York:
From multiple interviews conducted within the last eight months, we have obtained information from other sources, independent of the above, who have also been instructed to avoid any discussion of the birth certificate issue at all costs, to wit:
The account of an administrative assistant employed in New York City by a cable network news station who provided significant, detailed information of a 2008 meeting between the top network executive and four-(4) well-known news anchors. This source confirmed that she drafted the memo to the various hosts to arrange notify them of the date, time and location of this high-level meeting at the request of the network’s top executive.
Present at this meeting, she verified that the network official issued “warnings” to the personalities “to avoid any on-air discussion of the birth place, eligibility, and news accounts of litigation compelling [Barack Hussein] Obama to produce a legitimate copy of his birth certificate.” She stated that the network executive had her arrange the conference immediately following a meeting “between [the network executive] and an attorney closely associated with candidate Obama who was acting on his behalf.”
The report goes further to indicate that not only were news reporters and talk show hosts pressured to withhold information under the threat of losing their jobs but that inherent in the threats was a subtle but distinct hint that any such dissemination of information could result in bodily harm or worse.
Fast-forward to January of 2011. A close friend of Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie, a veteran celebrity reporter by the name of Mike Evans, stated in a radio interview on January 19 that the Governor had initiated an extensive search of records that would prove Obama’s eligibility, and that no such records could be found. But once the story of the allegations hit the news wires yesterday, Evans retracted everything he said by the end of the day on January 26.
Was Mike Evans threatened by someone either close to or within the Obama team?
There are no answers to that question at this time, but given the history of this issue, such a thing would fit a pattern established by those who were schooled in what is known as ‘the Chicago way.’
