Obama's move away from an important ally is now almost complete:
The U.S. has informed Arab governments that it will support a U.N. Security Council statement reaffirming that the 15-nation body "does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlement activity," a move aimed at avoiding the prospect of having to veto a stronger Palestinian resolution calling the settlements illegal.The move by the Obama administration appears calculated to avoid having to cast its first ever veto in the U.N. Security council by joining others in the council in sending a strong message to Israel to stop its continued construction of new building of settlements.
Susan E. Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, outlined the new U.S. offer in a closed door meeting on Tuesday with the Arab Group, a bloc of Arab countries from North Africa and the Middle East. In exchange for scuttling the Palestinian resolution, the United States would support the council statement, consider supporting a U.N. Security Council visit to the Middle East, the first since 1979, and commit to supporting strong language criticizing Israel's settlement policies in a future statement by the Middle East Quartet.
While the United States has opposed new settlements in the past, actually working out a deal with this Arab Group to bring some kind of UN legitimacy to its anti-semitism is beyond the pale. They have now legitimized this Israeli hatred inside the United Nations and proven once and for all (as if Israel didn't need anymore proof) that the US under Obama is now fully behind the anti-Israel faction in the Middle East.
And guess what....the Arab Group declined the offer.
Only in a Obama/Carter world would we even offer a compromise like this, and now, on top of the fact that we will be pissing off the Arab world with a veto (which we knew would happen), we have now further alienated Israel.

Actually, a bit of a shock! You would not think that government positions would change so drastically. Beginning to think that Obama is anti-Israel at the least. Maybe that says something about his background or religion.
The Muslim usurper in the Whitehouse does not speak for me. I suspect he doesn’t speak for most of the American people. I don’t see how Americans can survive another two years of this enemy among us.
Somebody please, come up with that birth certificate or some of those documents from this Communist’s past so we can remove him from the Whitehouse! It would be one of the most heroic acts in history.
If anyone thinks he isn’t backed by enemies of the United States, you haven’t been listening or paying attention. I wish these developements could be chalked up to simple incompetence but there are too many factors that point to the contrary.

This President is so wrong about many things. What really troubles me is how many people think he’s a good President and doing a good job.

It is quite evident that he hates America for obvious reasons, ditto for his burning hate of the Jews and...he hates the English because Kenya was part of the British Commonwealth where his drunken and drug laden “father” hated the Brits. Yes, America, elections have consequences!!!

You’d think people could see what is right before their eyes if they’re not too mesmerized by this guy. The hole of debt when he came into office was about 4 feet by 4 feet. Now it’s more like 400 feet by 400 feet and getting bigger. Yet the teleprompter keeps talking, and the mesmerized masses keep on being mesmerized by the teleprompter.
I just keep calling upon the name of the Lord. It’s scary; Obama is scary, and now he’s acting very imperious and almost weird, I think.

Yes, all of his actions just justify many folks beliefs that he is wrong on so many subjects. Yes, I agree that with his background, most would never have voted for him in the first place - too many people are just simply stupid.
The major problem is that he is determined to destroy this country economically and if this batch of Republicans can not do the job, we are doomed...
He only hates America’s allies... What a farce we are going through today...geez... Heck, the British will hate us for years at this rate...
