There is a hearsay comment in just one newspaper article (1963 IIRC) reporting that BHO Sr. had not been in Kenya for 7 years. From what I have seen _all_ other sources show BHO Sr. arriving in HI from Kenya in 1959 and having been married to Kezia.
The comment about Mark's son being the only one to have been able to prove he was BHO’s son came from liar Obama’s book, Dreams, which was probably written by Ayers and may have been intended to provide cover to make Obama’s marriage to Dunham legitimate. Some attribute the Mark comment in Dreams to Obama, but IIRC it was actually Kezia’s daughter who said it to Obama in Dreams, but after Cashill's analysis I consider Dreams to be completely unreliable.
Ah, thanks for the details. I didn’t know that “Mark being the only inheritor” came from Ayers’ book. Well, I am merely an onlooker and should do more of that and less commenting when others are much more knowledgeable.
But Fred or someone else has posting things about Grandmother Sarah that also, to me, shed doubt on the whole Kezia marriage thing.
Basically, without seeing docummentation - lots of it - most of the truth about 0h0m0 is unknown. For instance, if he had an American citizen for a father and was born in HI or other part of the US, he is eligible. Even if still a disgusting liar etc. (Unless he did get formally adopting by Soetoro and renounced his citizenship, but that’s another whole situation.)
But until facts are made public backed up by evidence, we just don’t freaking know.
Oops - just wanted to add, if the part about Mark being the only inheritor was a lie invented by Ayers, it should be easy enough (well, could be) to find if it was the truth, but also, since Michelle said Barry’s mother was “very young and very single” and in Ayers’ book 0h0m0 supposedly is dubious about his (purported) parents’ actual marital status, it doesn’t make sense that the lie about Mark would have been inserted to shed legitimacy on the marriage.
