Don’t worry let Congress investigate it instead.

I think peaceful Tea Party protests are past their expiration date. We need to demonstrate some type of muscle. And I think we should ignore the Democrats — what I means is that Tea Party protests, and demonstration of street-level power, should be directed at Republicans. To a large extent, it’s the GOP that is the problem.

The Civil Rights Commission, which had been our only venue for this, has been captured. Time to change venue. Issa, or at least someone in the House, needs to pick up this ball and keep running it. A nice open session on C-SPAN and anyone else who cares to broadcast it. It deserves at least as much coverage as Abu Ghraib.

That may stop the Civil Rights Commission, but it wont stop House Hearings

Somebody needs to go to jail and not just the Black Panthers at the poling place.

The Gulch is off limits due to being a Speckled Warbler habitat and the hog farm was shut down due to law suits from the new housing development down the street complaining about the smell.

Yes, it should be pursued. I don't understand how the vote of the new USCCR panel can shut down an investigation by Congress. Lamar Smith has already issued a DOJ oversight letter and witnesses J. Christian Adams and Christopher Coates are available to testify before the House Judiciary Committee.
There's a lot more to this than the Black Panther intimidation case. The race-neutral issue is much more important and that involves Julie Fernandes telling many Justice lawyers civil rights complaints would not be enforced against minorites.
Rep. Lamar Smith issues first DOJ oversight letter

Thats the ticket. Milque toast rubbery spine republicans are sure to carry the day on this. In fact, this’ll be Chuck Grassley’s next job after he investigates ATF gun running to Mex. LOL!
