Yes, and mine from Tennessee, 1944, looks very much like the real certificate from Hawaii. A real birth certificate has to originate in the hospital, and then sent to the county for recording.
The “certification”, I assume, is to cover births from
outside of a hospital or clinic.
It is also my understanding that they are easy to get.
Apparently they can be obtained by just walking in off the street and saying...”Can I get me a birth certificate here”.
I am still not convinced that the Obambie “certification” is not a total fraud.
