I agree, but I also have asked the question here... Why did Obama not say that he was delivered by a midwife, in a home birth? That way, no one would be looking for a real COLB, as issued in a hospital.
No one has ever replied with an explanation, or debunked my idea.
I think he once said he was born in Kapiolani, and even sent them a letter, but it was retracted.

Because he is making it up as he goes along.
That is an excellent point, although a midwife now days would have filed the proper birth info for a certificate. I delivered two of my grandchildren at home and filed their birth certificates with the state.
