He was a walking time bomb starting from his days as a police Chief in Washington State where Janet Reno praised his work to stop racial profiling.

If you are going to critique Charles Moose, at least get your facts right. He was in the National Guard for over 20 years, initially as enlisted, then as an officer. He was a classmate of mine at a USAF tech school in 1990.

He was never a chief in Washington state. He was the chief in Portland.
