My guess is easy, something short of impeachment with a full pardon from Bite Me. Call it leveling the playing field after Nixon’s bust. There is vastly more against O than Nixon.

I don’t see any indication the Dems are ready to throw Obama under the bus or that they even fully understand the message Americans were sending at mid-terms.
If they did get it, the Obamacare repeal may not have made it through the Senate but more Dems would have voted for it.
No, the Dems believe they have enough control over the message Americans are hearing and have enough of their people in the judiciary to stop the States from nullification/10th amendment protections. They will go willingly go down with the ship but only if Americans send out the middle that ultimately sinks it.
