You missed the point. Those are particularly black issues as it applies to black culture. The destruction of the black family is due in large part to policies of the Great Society and is very much a black issue. It was implemented to address 'Poverty' and 'Racial Injustice' at least according to

Anyway, my point was that the article made no mention of race or racism, so I am trying to figure out why you brought race into the discussion by mentioning Jim Crow etc. .
