This is great satire. Although I am sure it isn’t to far off from what is in her heart. She actually called the Uniformed General “waiter” though. The General, like anyone with honor and class, quietly answered her request.

“They’re called ‘service men’ for Pete’s sake,” Jarret argued. “I’m a high-ranking advisor to their Commander-in-Chief. If I ask for something I should be served. It’s not like I’m asking them to take a bullet for me, although I believe it would be their duty to honor such a request.”

That is one of the most disrespectful and distasteful and insulting statements towards a military person I have ever heard, and especially to a long-serving and decorated general.

Her resignation should be mandatory.

The military is there to SERVE THE COUNTRY, and not the whims and wishes of any one individual, especially not one of a civilian who happens to work for the commander-in-chief. She's viewing a senior commander as if she was talking about a waiter or a water boy at a baseball game. She should be the one serving that commander, and shining his shoes.

If a resignation is not forthcoming, in the least she should apologize publicly.

being an advisor to the President, Valerie Jarret, is a a public servant. So as a servant I think she should come over and clean my bathroom.
