as I said....Check with a PROFESSIONAL small engine mechanic.....Its well known in the trade and they can explain why better then I can....then get back to me
Here is info from a classic car site which says the same thing...alcohol burns cleaner and leaves your engine cleaner. Gasoline is a very dirty fuel...that is well known.

Well, that is not what you wrote. Of course engines need mod’s to run right on alcohol, that is a given! There is a professional site that has electronics that will do it easily for $250. I was and am correct, alcohol is a much cleaner burning fuel than gas and the engine will last considerably longer using it.
