“The Natural” is the only movie he ever made worth a damn anyway

The Natural was okay.

I liked him in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. I also liked The Sting, Jerimiah Johnson, The Great Waldo Pepper and The Candidate. The Hot Rock was pretty entertaining, too.

Before I learnt to hate "The Commie B***h", I also liked The Electric Horseman.

One of his better flicks of late was An Unfinished Life.

Clint Eastwood was originally cast for Jeremiah Johnson, which would have given the movie much more authenticity as the real John Johnson known as “The Crow Killer” was a mountain man of mountain men. Many legends grew up around him which you can easily order and read in the book “Crow Killer.” Jeremiah Jonson is based on a semi true story. On the wagon trains coming across the plains, people would threaten their kids that they will send liver-eating Johnson after them if they do not behave. He killed Crow Indians by the dozens and ate their livers aftewards. I can see Clint doing this, but not Bobby.
