People already know all the fields on a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate and the race of the baby isn't one of them. The races of the parents are listed. I'm not sure if any state has ever listed the race of the baby. It seems like that information would not really be needed if you knew the races of the parents.
Thanks for the info. I’ll just say it might contain “something” they don’t want out = possibly other than the place of birth - and leave it at that.
