A Hawaii family ruled the Soetoro adoption was annulled and a new birth certificate was to be created, i.e. the COLB shown by FactCheck.org.
So, when someone announces they’ve seen the original vital records for Barack Hussein Obama II, they are referring the the COLB created by court order in 1971.

Sven, does that mean that when the family court in Hawaii annulled the adoption, the kid's legal name went back to Obama, without further action necessary?
The question that ought to come before that one is, "do we have an actual court record of Obama, Sr. seeking to annul the Lolo adoption?"
I fear that by the time we sort this all out Julio Iglesias Jr. will be POTUS, and my grandson will be drafted into the Venezuelan Army.
