If born in about March 1961 then Stanley Ann's Washington state friend is lying about the late August visit.
I don’t know if you’ve been following this issue or not, but here’s the point:
We know virtually nothing about this man who lives in the White House.
There is little or no documentation of his life. Everything we’ve been told is open to question.
He has written books that tell his story, but few of the “facts” he states are provable. Many have been shown to be untrue.
We know that he was born. We don’t know where, or when, or who his biological parents were. We know he lived in Hawaii and in Indonesia as a child, but the dates are fuzzy, with conflicting stories.
There are no college records, little documentation that he actually attended Columbia as claimed. We don’t know how he managed to get into Harvard, since he was an admitted crack user and mediocre student. Where did his middle-class family find money to send him to expensive private schools? Was he an international student with financial aid to meet affirmative action and diversity quotas? How did he get into school without showing proper identification? What did he produce — an Indonesian passport?
We don’t even know if the man is a citizen. His Indonesian grade school enrollment form (one of the few pieces of documentation that haven’t “disappeared”)lists him as “Barry Soetoro,” a muslim and an Indonesian citizen.
There’s no reason to think his bio father lived in Washington state, but Cashill suggests an interesting hypothesis. One mention in his “Dreams” book puts his mother in Chicago the summer before he was born.
We don’t know.

They’re hiding something and maybe we could find it if we just knew what we’re looking for. Is it place of birth, date of birth, paternity, and why?
Consider this: we know there’s been a wholescale effort to scrub all records. But even the most diligent attempt could leave undiscovered documents, like the Indonesian school records.
Obfuscating about the date of birth would be an excellent red herring, throw the blood hounds off the trail. (And, yes, I mix metaphors, but you’re smart enough to get the point.)

There’s a poster on another site with contacts in Seattle who claims that Stanley Ann’s old classmates recall her and the baby at a party in Seattle on Labor Day weekend, 1961. She supposedly told her friends then that they had met her baby before her parents in Hawaii ever saw him.
It’s a “friend of a friend” story, but interesting nonetheless.

I was responding to the poster that asked what the article about. I do not know what what the motive of the author is, nor do I particularly care, so I won’t argue his case for him.
As you say and many others, when it comes down to it, we don’t what are lies or what the truth is about Obama.
On another thread, poster(s) are filing in “the facts” that Obama is really the child of Gramps Dunham who knocked up some girl and then goat-roped Obama Sr. to be the father- in-name-only. There is no evidence of any unknown Obama mother, but we still fill in ‘the facts’. Funny that this unknown women didn’t keep Obama but instead Gramps Dunham took him.
If any of these alternate hypotheses are true, and Obama knows the real facts about his background, and despite this,... he still emotionally bonded by adopting Obama Sr’s Kenyan family. He traveled more than once to Kenya to visit his in-name-only-family. Not only did he take to his pseudo Kenyan family, they adopted him to the point of carrying on his lies to the extreme. An extreme lie that the whole country of Kenya believes that Obama was born there, to include Kenyan government officials who believe that he was also born in Kenya. And to the point that Prime Minister Odinga (Obama’s cousin he says) and his government to build the first Obama library and cultural center, which is now being built in Kogelo, Kenya. What’s the truth? Obama may go down as the best con-man in history.
