There is no constitutional right to health insurance, she’s an idiot.

Democrats have no penalty for being stupid. In fact, it’s a requirement.

I cringed when Rush played the audio, featuring this alleged law school graduate saying “reckonize”.

I like this.
What better than to have a Democrat try and make this argument. I WANT them to try and claim laws are mandated or are permitted under the Constitution. That is the Brier patch we want to be thrown into.
Even if it comes down to a claim that the expectation and desire of the citizenry means that the Constitution SHOULD call for such and doesn't it still leads us back to the amendment process.
The situation we have now, general government at the federal level without restraint, is so appalling that even Lee makes more sense by mounting such an unworkable argument.

It’s incredible the amount of absolute, unbridled stupidity that exists in our Congress . . . This has nothing to do with party loyalty, just abject, plain stupidity . . .

to declare it unconstitutional -- yes, I think they are one of the 25 states bringing actions.

I know we have a “BARF” Alert, is there a “MORON” Alert or is that just assumed because it’s SJL?
