Personally, I'd also like to see a redo on the SCOTUS appointments. He had no right to make such recommendations to Congress and no right to steer this country towards Marxism via the judiciary.

His nominations would be illegal. In fact, if this case reaches SCOTUS the two appointees in question would have to recuse themselves.
