That clown always stuck me as more the weatherman type or the gameshow host type than the US congressman type.

Nobody really cares about the Breck Girl any longer.
He is yesterday's news and no longer impactful on the national stage.
Senator Edwards doesn't represent a threat to good conservatives.

Worse than that could be that we end up with someone at the White House who might sound like a Communist, act like a communist, and be surrounded by communists, and have been mentored by a bunch of communists in his early political and educational life.

John Edwards, as everyone knows is a complete scumbag, a liar, and an all around terrible human being.

He was a scumbag - and the MSM, including the New York Times - did their best to cover for him...

Unfortunately, we only found this out after the elections. Perhaps exposing and ridiculing a guy like this now will discourage others from running in the future.

Actually, I think Kerry was even worse. They sure do come up with some very strange people. And the MSM loves them. It took a supermarket tabloid to kill off Edwards.

Too sleazy for those. I always had him pegged as a used car salesman.

If you know a true lefty liberal, John Edwards was their favorite. All looks no substance, and a heart of left wing brass.

Actually, I believe flipping a mere twenty thousand votes in Ohio would have made Jean-François Kerry-Heinz president.

I think Edwards is more the norm for the dems. He is just one of the guys, to whit—Ted Kennedy and then we could probably go down a whole list culminating with BO himself.

Actually it was closer than that—119,000 more votes in Ohio in 2004 and Kerry/Edwards would have had a majority in the electoral college despite Bush’s 3-million popular vote majority in the country as a whole. After the 2004 election there were Democrats who were going around claiming that Bush had stolen Ohio’s electoral votes.

Is it really important now that we know what a lowlife Edwards is? He is no longer a Senator and he lost his bid for President twice. If he violated laws he should be punished, and it appears that he probably will be.

We should be more concerned about how little we really know about Obama. We should be more concerned that Obama has spent almost 2 million dollars making sure that we do not know what we deserve to know about him. We should be more concerned that the lame stream media is aiding and abetting in keeping us from knowing where he was born, who his father really is, his school records at every level of his education, his passport information that allowed him to travel to Pakistan when such travel was banned, and why he has a social security number assigned to CT residents when he never lived a day of his life in CT. There is more unknowns, but these would tell us a lot if he were forced to reveal the information.

Please recall how far and wide the same media spread the false information about George Bush that was concocted by Dan Rather. When they couldn't find anything true, they merely generated something blatantly false. The media forced Bush to spend more time denying lies about himself and give Obama a free ride about revealing simple facts about himself. Simple facts that we, the unwashed masses, would reveal to anyone at anytime.

Yep, in Obama’s case they choose to ignore the elephant in the room with them because it doesn't promote their political ideology.
