This is very interesting, and quite possibly true.

However, it is all speculation, no hard evidence. All the bits and pieces fit into a very plausible scenario, but until something is documented, it’s just supposition.

Se my post #43. Arizona apparently allowed a self-attestation from Obama stating that he was constitutionally eligible = no verification by any state official.

It would seem plausible that Team Obama requested a hearing, and that Cronin granted it. That hearing transcript, or at least some evidence that one took place, could not possibly be protected information, especially in light of Hawaiian "Right to Know Laws," which believe it or not, seem stronger tha FOIA!

However, IF a hearing took place ... and then Obama were placed on the ballot, that would seem to be the end of this shady Hawaiian Trail.

Pretty damn good coverup!
