My bet is that they will claim that previous certificates issued to the Hawaiian Board stated that the previous candidates were "Constitutionally Eligible" but that no further documentation was required. IOW, the Hawaiian Board took their word for it, so why should they not have taken their IMPLIED word for it in regard to BHO, Jr.'s eligibility?
How they will skate around the two versions, particularly since the last line is an obvious "tack-on," is beyond me. My bet is that they think it will not ome up.
In cyclical fashion, although these are violations of Hawaiian Statutes, and the first steps therefore will be Hawaiian Courts, I would bet dollars to doughnuts that these courts will claim that these are Constitutional matters, thus they are beyond their jurisdiction!
The chronology presented is factual, and that is without doubt. But where do we get the case heard? What, exactly is the case? Who's the plaintiff? That those who perpetrated this fraud and documentary sleight-of-hand are guilty as Hell looks pretty plain to those cursed with common sense and who are not members of the bar. The question is, "What do we do about it?"
Obama himself looks as if he will continue to occupy the office until 2012. (If the cases were brought today, they would take at least that long to be resolved!) But this is no longer about Obama. This has now become, because of the lateness of the hour, a Constitutional crisis that must be resolved so that we never have another President who doesn't meet the Constitutional requirements.
We have had the misfortune to live through an "Anti-Constitutional Coup," which has already achieved many of major objectives that sought to radically change the country. Now they must be undone, which is not going to be easy.

Throw into this mix, IIRC, Mooshelle and the only great-grand kids were NOT there. I have a feeling she was NOT welcome in Toot’s house, and that Barry’s visit was a “silencing” expedition!
Then you have Tim Adams saying there was NO b.c., NONE, zilch, nada!!
Also a legal adviser to the HDNC was SAD’s attorney in her divorce case, being able to see amended b.c. or NONE of that’s the case, hmmm!!!
I’m still looking forward to Abercommie’s next move???
