Name them please...an NBC is born of 2 citizen parents. Immigrants can become citizens through naturalization. Obama’s father never immigrated in the US permanently, he was here temporarily for studies. Therefore not a naturalized US citizen at the time of Obama’s birth, or ever.
Who were they, which ones?
Obama is not the son of an immigrant. His mother, who married two foreign nationals, left the country.

Well that sets them apart from Obama, then, doesn’t it? He is the son of a Marxist foreign national, who never ‘immigrated’ and who (obviously) never naturalized.
The immigrants had to have become citizens by the time the child was born for the child to be constitutionally elegible for POTUS. TWO citizen parents = NBC.
