In regard to post #185,I have a challenge.
Name even **ONE** judge, elected official, legislator, electoral college member, or military person who has actually ***seen*** court acceptable, government certified evidence of Obama’s natural born status.

Please name **ONE**.

Fact: The only evidence available, and used by **all** of these numerous people that you listed in post #185, are Internet images of dubious origin, a carefully massaged statement from Fukino that confirms NOTHING, and hearsay from Lingle.

The question is irrelevant. Under the American system of jurisprudence Obama doesn’t have to prove that he is eligible, those who believe that he is ineligible have to prove that position. Thus far, in nearly four years since he first announced his candidacy, no one has proved him to be ineligible.

Just because Wintertime believes that the state appointed official in Hawaii who oversees ALL vital records made a carefully worded statement doesn’t make it so.
Dr. Fukino’s exact words of relevance are: “verifying Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural born American citizen.” What in the world could be more clear?

That statement was placed on the letterhead of a state elected official, Governor Linda Lingle of Hawaii.

All of these people have based the security of our nation, the soundness of our Constitution, and rule of law, or hearsay from Lingle, massaged statements from Fukino that reveal nothing, and highly questionable Internet postings!
