I would surmise that was due to the Putative POTUS’s popularity ratings and no one wanted to take him on. However, the “O” has 2 years of governing under his belt and with his fine Chicago indoctrination perhaps there is a opportunity to find him guilty on income tax fraud like Capone, althout Geithner seemed to get away scott free on that himself.

Still, I’m surprised that there hasn’t been one single prosecutor in the entire nation that was willing to go on a little legal “fishing expedition” regarding Obama’s eligibility. There are deep red states where Obama has NEVER been popular and got very few votes and yet his name being on the ballot is probable cause enough for an investigation. Hey Whitewater began as an Arkansas land development deal and then it morphed.
With grand juries, you conduct an investigation, you don’t have to charge anybody with a crime, you just look into an issue and if you find evidence, then the Grand Jurors, not the prosecutor, indict. The “dirty work” is done by average American citizens sitting on the Grand Jury.

Perhaps the new Republican control in Congress will find a committee chairman/chairwoman willing to at least take a look and issue a few subpoenas?

What about American Grand Jury, weren’t they investigating this?
