I just realized another reason why this "Civil Discourse" bullshit strikes a nerve with me.

Remember back a few years ago when Israel was kicking some serious butt of the malicious Arabs in their areas? I "think" it was when they were whooping up on Hamas when they took control of the government through "democratic" elections.

Anyway... Israel was being VERY effective at killing the little bastards before they could do a lot of harm. Then suddenly, Hamas called something known as a Hudna. The MSM as well as Hamas said it was a ceasefire. But less obscure and more conservative news sources (as well as Israel) said that it merely meant to "regroup and rearm". As it turned out, the definition was the latter...to regroup and rearm.

This cry for civil discourse is a lot like those murderous rag heads calling for Hudna. They have an ulterior motive. The morons participated in violent rhetoric until one of their one lost control and murdered six people, so now they cry for civil discourse. But that's not what they want. I think down under it all, they know (as we do!) that another Loughner will be very bad for them. I think they've produced a certain subculture that they've lost control over. This subculture is so far left of them that it's feeling disenfranchised and is willing to commit violence in order to bring their little leftist utopia into being. Everybody knows at least somebody like this.

The fact is that we've said very little that would indicate we would initiate violence against them. Now granted, we showed up at TEA Party gatherings ARMED, and open carry events ARMED, and we're known to be ARMED. But we're not much when it comes to making threats. In fact, all in all we're a pretty friendly bunch. They on the other hand are vile, profane, and aggressive towards anybody who doesn't embrace diversity, worship their junk science of global warming, want to free Tibet, or support a woman's right to choose.

They can "ask" for civil discourse, but they won't get it. The fact is that they don't know how to participate in it and never did. There's nothing civil about them. They're vile and aggressive and nothing that comes from their mouths is ever completely true.

I for one have no intention of being any more civil with them than I've been all along. Furthermore, I'll be communicating to my legislators that they too should ignore this hypocritical and disingenuous request.

thats a peeve of mine as well...although i typically wasnt a streetfighter, [lots of buds liked to fight ] when theres no alternative, i go for the MOST hurt i can put on ya...tho mostly on the baseball diamond, football field and the wrestling matt were where i learned to 'take no prisoners' and to exploit every weakness and lay waste to the opponent [enemy] and not let up, those night walkin home thru the park where there was no referee made me brutally aware of my fellow mans lower nature, and HOW to beat him at his own 'game'...

while the record clearly shows that the commies are constantly rabble rousing, and *laying hands* on peaceful demonstrators in venues where the *law* is disarmament only, they didnt try that crap in other venues...while i believe that the goons squads of the left will be formidably armed, i bet that when the rubber hits the road, they piss themselves at the thought of a 'level playing field'...most cheaters detest it, and most commies are cheeeeeeters....

as far as the *words* and philoshophies are concerned, i believe we have the historically and common sense high ground...sure, I'll spend a few minutes to attempt to convince/enlighten someone of it, but when they go all aggressive retard, theres no further need or desire for me to stay down on their level, instead it much more sane of me to go back to my high ground and simply man my arty and belt-feds...8^}...if they wanna pursue and push it, then its on them...

i cant pretend to know what the Lord is gonna do in the near term [even Lord Jesus wasnt privy to the timetable while walkin the earth] but my *spidey sense* tells me that the looooons are gonna get a whole lotta licks in...a literal attempt at 'death by a thousand cuts'...and while a wholesale retaliation against 'government' wont be beneficial to our cause today, the fact that we can *help* in those momments [like the armed citizen in tucson] is for now, where we can get a bit of pushback and set the boundaries...
