I think you may have committed a copyright violation by posting the image of Colonel Reb. I’m serious.
My understanding is that as part of their PC campaign to suppress symbols of the “Old South,” not only have the University’s officials copyrighted this image, but also they don’t allow ANYBODY (FReepers included) to reproduce or distribute it in any form — printed, electronic or otherwise — without express permission. And guess what? Permission is always withheld.
The University’s policy is despicable. But the law is the law, and the antics of Righthaven show just how pernicious the lawyers and their clients can be in such matters. I’d hate to see you and/or FR sued for copyright infringement.
