This latest UPDATE contains the most recent news from the Brisbane Floods. After the link, see the first link I have to a truly amazing interactive image of the flood zone. This image shows the flood on the river, and is similar to a Google Earth Map, only it makes Google Earth look like a child's painting in comparison. Read the instructions very carefully. The clean up is well under way with tens of thousands of people flocking into the city from everywhere to help in the clean up.
I’ve been there 3 times. Spent a week once. Stayed at the North Quay hotel next to the Stadium.
