For a high-volume practice in 1961, now fifty long years ago, I very much doubt thht a doctor or nurse would remember anything about this particular baby.

Even granting it was an unusual circumstance, does that mean they’d have to remember it decades later? or associate it with the guy they see on their tv screens (hey, I know that mutt!)
interesting - because doctors that practiced there would look it up - just to see if they were present...
they would not just rely on memory
