Color me skeptical. This murder has all the fingerprints of a professional hit to send a message. Wheeler's career doesn't paint him as the type of guy to go ballistic over something as simple as the size of a neighbor's house.

The neighbor’s house was going to block his very exclusive water view.
The fight was going on for 3 years and he had been dealt a blow from the court a few weeks ago.

Wheeler's career doesn't paint him as the type of guy to go ballistic over something as simple as the size of a neighbor's house.It wasn't about the size of the house, per se, it was about the big house obstructing the Wheelers' spectacular view. This would definitely have caused a drop in market value.
