I wonder if this Google Maps view, shows the house under construction, as it seems to match the address given. You can go into street view, but this new structure isn't there, so it's evidently an earlier view. It does seem like an odd place for a house, as that's a park all along that side of the road. Plus, it doesn't really look like a house, but then what is it?
