Don’t blame him for wanting to spend less. Blame it on the stores (I guess) that come up with this crap instead of lowering prices to begin with.
It is a hassle though. They should have lines for coupon using persons like the 10 items or less. There again, like the 10 item or less line, the coupon only line would hardly ever be open.
Also for WIC users, etc.
I quit going to Food Maxx because I would ALWAYS wind up behind
someone with WIC. I told them every time that they need a special line for them. I don’t think that I, as a cash customer, should have to wait 20 minutes while they ring up and argue over something not being covered by WIC. Just mt pet peeve.
Yes, Express lines that are actually Express lines...no checks, no coupons, no cigs or anything else that the cashier has to go unlock behind some counter...just pay for your stuff and get out. Won’t ever happen, pity. You still get the people who manage to find the 1 or 2 items In the store that weren’t scanned so they don’t ring up and the cashier has to flag somebody down to run around and hunt the prices down...my wife is real good at finding those items...
And yeah, I try to profile cashiers and customers alike,for what good it does...always seems like I pick the wrong lines with slow cashiers and/or problem customers...
