Well then, what are your thoughts considering that proposal. It is based on what is currently being filed in the different states, has an easily understood standard( unlike the long form v. short form) that can apply to all states and is reasonable proposal so it can not be opposed by even the dumbocrats. No proposals that I am aware of even address your two citizen-parent theory, and it does not appear any on going to be on the horizon in the foreseeable future. So, what say you, Red baby!!
