We will see how much interference BO puts up with missile defense programs.
I attempted several times to call Lame-ass Alexander and his Washington office phone was hooked up to a fax, so you couldn’t call in. These traitors do not want to hear what we think. Throw them all out. I’m sick of them.
The McCain family at the beach.
Nope. The Republican Party will officially merge with the Democrat Party and it will be Tea Party vs. Democrat Party. If the Conservative movement is to survive.
America has to first make sure homosexuals are prominently serving in our military. That is what really matters.
Nope. Been there, done that. Constitution Party candidates won’t get a second look from large swaths of Republican and conservative voters. I know because I ran as Constitution Party candidate, met people, got a sense on the ground of what it would take to win. I got directly involved as a candidate because of the revelation that Obama was using TARP to pay off Acorn. I picked the Constitution Party because here in Illinois the Republican machine has significant problems. However, as much as I learned from my experience, I would not repeat it. I would rather run for dog catcher and win as a Republican that go in under third party disadvantage.
Those who advocate for third party usually have no idea how hugh and series the disadvantage would be in terms of infrastructure and resources. I admire their spirit but I am done with being Don Quixote. We need wins, big wins, and we need them *now,* not in some distant future, when there’s been time to build the infrastructure. Our window of opportunity is limited. We have to grab the Republican megaphone and shout our conservative values through it until we win enough hearts and minds to our side that we can rehabilitate the Republican brand as the true home of conservatism. We can’t let a few blue-bloods sitting at the top of the pyramid intimidate us. I say we take the Republican hill, and cooperate with third parties only when it makes a conservative win more likely.
Our new "troops" aren't even in the fight yet.
You can't be serious. The liberals know they have weakened the security of the United States and they are celebrating the fact.
How so? with the DADT thing? The military has survived worse more than once. They will survive this. The START treaty? It's a small victory for Obama so he can have something to talk about in 2012. From what I have seen, the bill has enough support from people that we know and trust that I'm not terribly worried about it. We have plenty of nukes especially considering that we will never use them. Honestly, I think the Democrats got the worst of this exchange. I don't feel screwed at all. I'm positively happy in fact. More than that, I'm looking forward to the fight that will occur over the next two years because we will be able to fight from a position of strength and not weakness now. Can you say gerrymander? Cheer up, we're winning.
Note to Hatch:
“You know when you’ve been beaten” isn’t the words that should come out of the mouth of a senior Senator, Orrin.
You should be knocking heads with those who don’t seem to understand the dangers in thie bill. Instead, you are talking to reporters & wringing your hands-—& not much else, it seems.
Orrin: Get busy & start selling your Washington home. You are not going to survive the 2012 election cycle. Don’t bother to look over your shoulder, there are many capable Utah people that can easily replace YOU.
Don’t let the door hit you in the backside———You apparently aren’t trying to keep this treaty from being signed.
SHAME ON YOU.
Apparently you "know and trust" a lot more Senators than I do.
I'm not sure I really trust any of them!
;-\
lol
8^D
Hatch is there for ... Romney and Russia and Reid.
These SOBs will do anything to hurt America for their plan.

As a conservative, it’s hard to go against these two in matters of national security. I’m just not the worried about it.
The “Neville Chamberlain” Wing of the GOP has spoken.
The most apparent change I have heard of is that we lose the chance to erect some kind of defensive umbrella for our Eastern Europe allies.
I think it’s main attraction is that getting it passed will make Obama look good to those who don’t bother reading more than headlines.
...compares completely poisoned apples with moderately overripe oranges, don't you think?
I'm guessing you assume that this will lead to bombing runs in which many innocent civilians will be killed when two fascist superpowers duke it out over their airspace. If not this, then what possible comparison can reasonably be made here?
Unless the House Foreign Relations Committee starts calling State employees up for interrogation in prime time, I can’t see BO even bothering with missile defense.
Neither Rice nor Bush are conservatives and no, I do not trust them in matters of national security.
See, you do trust a lot more people than I do.
We’ll see where this goes when Putin tries to assert full control over the Bering straits. At least kennedy and reagan stood up to the russians. I don’t think bo could stand up to his wife.
