As to your question: If the US was a hotbed of a radical death cult that was determined to promote its sick and twisted agenda at the point of a sword and the noses of hijacked airliners, the opinions of its people would be irrelevant. By their savage actions and acquiescence to savage actions of their co-citizens, the people would have excluded themselves from the ranks of those with opinions that matter.
