The White House insisted Tuesday that the implementation of President Barack Obama's landmark health care law will not be affected by a negative federal court ruling, and the Justice Department said it would appeal.
"There's no practical impact at all as states move forward in implementing ... the law that Congress passed and the president signed," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs told reporters.....

The current admin will do anything to ignore the People, the Constitution, and the courts they aren’t able to buy to proceed in their distruction of the country.
This administration does Bagdad Bob every time. The rollout is absolutely affected by the ruling - either that or the health care law is above the law.

This is just like the injunction against the drilling moratorium. dumbo and co ignored that as well. They don’t obey the law but use it when they need it and expect others to comply without question.
I thought that ignoring a court order might raise some eyebrows but it didn’t. Neither will this.

Why would the States waste precious time and money rolling out a plan that is in its death throes. Much of it will be removed by the courts and the rest will be removed by the people as we hold those we got elected to their promises to repeal this deficit producer
